This adult patient was treated with a combination of lingual (on the inside) brackets on the upper teeth and ceramic brackets on the lower teeth. Although this patient started treatment with severe crowding she was completed without extracting any permanent teeth. Note the changes in the patient’s smile and the alignment of the front teeth. Treatment was completed in just over two years.
