To get started, you'll need to book a consultation with our team so that we can assess your orthodontic needs and discuss treatment.

Once you've booked your consultation, you'll need to fill out our New Patient Form. We invite you to fill it out prior to your first appointment.
The Consultation Process
The initial consultation process usually takes about an hour to complete, and will be led by one of our treatment coordinators. We look forward to meeting you.
Arrive & Get Settled
We recommend arriving about 10 minutes early so you can get settled in. To save time, you can complete our New Patient Form online before your visit.
When you arrive, our front desk team will be ready to welcome you. While you wait, you can relax in our comfortable reception area with complimentary refreshments. For families, we offer a game area for kids.
When it’s time for your consultation, a team member will guide you to a private room where your appointment will begin.
Assessment & Diagnostic Imaging
Your consultation begins with a conversation about your concerns and goals, along with a set of “before” photos to mark your starting point.
Dr. Waldman will then perform a thorough exam using advanced imaging to get a complete view of your dental health. With our iTero™ digital scanner, we can create a precise 3D model of your teeth, show you a preview of your potential results, and guide you through the treatment process.
When needed, a Cone Beam CT Scan provides detailed 3D X-rays, giving Dr. Waldman the insight he needs to design a treatment plan tailored just for you.
Customized Treatment Plan
At this stage, you will meet with our treatment coordinator to discuss your health history.
Based on your exam, Dr. Waldman will provide a diagnosis and create a customized treatment plan designed to address your needs and achieve your goals.
Your plan will include treatment recommendations, a projected timeline for completion, and regularly scheduled check-in appointments so Dr. Waldman can monitor your progress.
We will also review your payment options, including insurance coverage and flexible plans to make your treatment as convenient as possible.
Next Steps
At the end of the appointment, we'll discuss the immediate next steps to get your treatment plan rolling and schedule your next appointment(s).
